Lehigh Acres Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a detail-oriented LPN for a Per Diem role in Florida. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and guide CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care and service.

The position emphasizes warmth and genuine concern for residents, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment. Expect 12-hour shifts with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software.
• Valid CPR & IV Certification.
• Accepting new and seasoned LPNs.

LPN Responsibilities

As a LPN at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a critical role in the care of our residents. You are committed to the highest level of care as you administer medications and perform treatments. You are conscientious about keeping all records up-to-date and accurate. Using your excellent leadership skills, you also direct the day-to-day tasks of the CNAs. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our Residents. Making a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families brings you a great deal of satisfaction!

LPN Requirements

• Valid LPN nursing license
