Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility. The role supports long-term or short-term care with a focus on recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.

Responsibilities include medication administration, IV management, patient and family education on discharge instructions, CNA supervision, intake/output monitoring, and safe patient transfers to promote positive rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in state of practice.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
