The LPN administers medications and treatments, supervises Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), monitors resident conditions, and ensures compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
This position is performed in a skilled nursing environment with frequent exposure to infectious diseases, bodily fluids, cleaning products, and medical equipment. Noise levels may vary from quiet resident rooms to busy nursing stations and common areas.
