Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team for private duty care. We deliver compassionate, high-quality care in the home setting with a focus on pediatric/adult clients, while supporting families and ensuring reliable care.

Expect flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient care, and a supportive team. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and many employee benefits. Travel to client homes is required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
