Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide direct 1:1 home health care to patients in your assigned area. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans while documenting care and coordinating with the healthcare team.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts, plus weekly pay and comprehensive benefits supported by a local clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current BLS certification are required.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
