Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Salisbury, PA is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide pediatric and adult home care in school or home settings. Flexible schedule options include days, evenings, nights, full-time, part-time, or PRN with 24/7 local support and a tablet in each patient’s home for documentation.

Requirements include active LPN/LVN license in-state, CPR, TB test, and reliable transportation; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days. Training and career growth opportunities available.
