Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide intentional one-to-one private duty care in Allegheny County. You’ll travel to a client home on a schedule you choose and deliver care with compassion, documenting doctor’s orders and client status.

Related duties include performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and maintaining detailed records, with access to benefits and a supportive team culture highlighted by BAYADA’s recognition as a top employer.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Education
