BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Decatur, IN and surrounding communities. Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time, with flexibility and the stability of BAYADA’s nursing career.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, daytime and overnight options, plus 24/7 clinical support to guide your practice.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Indiana.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Provide skilled nursing care to a single client in the home.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a client in the home.
• Support patient and family with care plans and education.
• Maintain patient safety and quality of care during shifts.
