Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Crown Point and surrounding communities. Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time with flexible scheduling and strong support from BAYADA.

Earn $26-30/hour with weekly pay; positions include full-time, part-time, and PRN options with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts and no weekend requirement.

Qualifications

• As an LPN, you must hold an active Indiana license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience with private duty or home health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time in the home.
• Follow care plans and document care provided.
• Collaborate with family and healthcare team for patient safety.
