Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Primary Care Clinic in Saint Augustine, FL. This is a part-time role at 20 hours per week across 2–3 days, with potential expansion to full-time upon discussion with the manager. Hours mirror business needs, with weekend coverage on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or outpatient clinics preferred.
• Ability to perform routine clinical tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings in the EHR.
• Conduct patient assessments and document treatment responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider.
• Review medications for interactions and side effects.
• Educate patients on medications and disease management.
• Coordinate patient access to services and community resources.
• Support patient flow and maintain exam rooms and waiting areas.
