Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with experience in primary care, urgent care, family or internal medicine, outpatient clinics, or emergency room is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications as prescribed.

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor pain, document responses.
