A-Line Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Primary Care Clinic in Midlothian, VA. This part-time position offers 20 hours per week across 2 or 3 days with alternating weekends; a full-time option may become available with managerial agreement.

Hours align with business hours, and the role includes administering medications, vital signs, and patient care in a supportive clinic environment. On-site duties include documentation in the EHR and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, family or internal medicine, outpatient clinics, or emergency room is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Conduct patient assessments and document treatment responses.
• Provide on-site emergency care in collaboration with the provider.
• Review medications for interactions and adverse effects.
• Perform mental health screenings and assess mood and cognition.
• Document patient histories and treatments in the EHR.
• Educate patients on medications and self-care.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services and community resources.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team.
• Assist with patient flow, registration, scheduling, and reminders.
• Maintain clean, organized examination rooms and waiting areas.
