Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide clinical support in outpatient pediatric allergy care. You will assist providers with patient assessments, procedures, and documentation, ensuring accurate histories, vital signs, specimen collection, and administration of medications and vaccines.

You will help prepare examination rooms, promote patient education, maintain a clean environment, and support continuity of care through proper record-keeping and communication

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing required.
• New and experienced LPNs are welcome.
• Candidates should have strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and assist in examinations.
• Support providers during diagnostic and minor surgical procedures.
• Collect laboratory specimens and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and perform skin testing within scope of practice.
• Assist with maintaining asepsis, preparing exam rooms, and managing patient flow.
• Follow up on diagnostic tests and ensure proper record-keeping for continuity of care.
