Job summary

A LPN under the direct supervision of an RN, performs patient care, provides for psychosocial needs of patients, assists with patient teaching, administers medications, and documents accordingly.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Experience: Prefer one-year full time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting; new graduates encouraged to apply in final semester.
License: Current South Carolina nursing license.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (upon hire); CPI (within 6 months).

Responsibilities
