Cape Fear Valley Health in Fayetteville, NC seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Post Surgical 3 VPN to work nights. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and participate in care planning and performance improvement activities.

The role requires current NC LPN licensure, strong English communication, and interpersonal skills. Relocation assistance is available, with a full-time night schedule in the 3 VP Surgical department.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent; NC LPN license or compact state licensure.
• No prior work experience required.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and care for patients under RN supervision.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and adjust plan of care.
• Ensure patient safety and respond to life-threatening situations.
