Job summary

Join Parachute is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Lumberton, NC center. You’ll safeguard donor health, perform screenings, and support the donor experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will collaborate with center staff, maintain health logs, and gain new responsibilities through cross-training across phlebotomy and station setup. Competitive pay with a monthly bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• LPN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to create a positive donor experience.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
