Qualifications

• Active state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure or LPN applicant.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and health care team to meet patient needs.
• Provides direct basic nursing care per LPN scope of practice.
• Assists in provider procedures, treatments, and interventions.
• Acts as chaperone during patient examinations as requested.
