Job summary

Doctors Subacute Healthcare + Rehab is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a per diem basis for weekends, mornings, and overnight shifts in New Jersey. This role includes orientation and support within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current NJ license.
• Per diem availability for weekends and various shifts.
• Experience in subacute/elderly care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care.
• Conduct resident/patient treatments.
• Administer medications per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Submit pharmacy orders and document information.
• Give injections as prescribed.
• Observe and report changes to RNs/Physicians.
• Take vitals (BP, temp, weight).
• Wound care and IV management as needed.
• Monitor fluid/food intake and output.
• Report accidents or skin breakdowns.
• Assist with admissions process.
