Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes and electronic medical records (Kipu) documentation.
• Collaborate with residential and clinical staff to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) for Per-Diem shifts to join our nursing team. The LPN provides direct nursing care and medical support to clients in a structured residential setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care during overnight hours.

The ideal candidate has experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and residential treatment environments, and demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and sound clinical judgment.
