Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) for in-home patient care in Morgantown, West Virginia. You will provide direct care, document vitals, and work within a team to ensure compassionate, high-quality service.

The role offers flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN), with daily pay option and 1:1 patient care, aiming to support work-life balance and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in the relevant state.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification required.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites or work locations.
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the plan of care while monitoring progress.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed.
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV fluids; document thoroughly.
• Inspect wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess for further injuries, infections, and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and health professionals to ensure patient outcomes.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will

• Providein-homedirect patient care according to theprovider’sprescribed plan of care (and nursingscope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery.
• Assessand document patient conditions and reportchangeas needed (vitals,blood/stool/urine, glucose,etc.)
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV fluids:documenting thoroughly.

To qualify for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with us

• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
