Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver one-on-one in-home nursing care across assigned service areas in Indiana. The role offers stable hours, a manageable pace, and opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling with day, evening, and overnight shifts.

You will provide direct patient care, monitor condition, administer medications, support care plans, and document activities while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
