Job summary

Grady Health System in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care under supervision. You will participate in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, educate patients and families, and advocate for safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and obtain and maintain an LPN license in Georgia.
• Current Georgia LPN license with active status.
• American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive nursing care under RN/physician supervision.
• Participate in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for safe, quality care.
• Supervise unlicensed personnel as assigned and support quality improvement efforts.
