Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing.
• Licensed/Registered in New York State as an LPN.
• CPR Certification required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed patient histories and perform physical exams.
• Record patient information accurately to support medical decisions.
• Coordinate referrals, tests, and follow-ups.
• Manage prescriptions and refills efficiently.
