• Collaborates with Care Manager, physician, and other clinical disciplines.

Skills

Ability to communicate effectively with patients and/or co-workers

Ability to read, write and interpret documents

Ability to work in surroundings with degree of dust, noise, etc.

Ability to stand for long periods at required patient bedside

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing
