LionStone Care in Brook Park, OH is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in a care-focused facility. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, administer medications, and support daily nursing routines.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
Current and active LPN license.

Responsibilities

Provide basic nursing care to residents, including medications, wound care, and hygiene assistance.
Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to supervising nurse/physician.
Assist with feeding, dressing and mobility to ensure comfort and safety.
Follow care plans and document changes in condition.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians and staff for cohesive care.
Follow infection control protocols and use PPE appropriately.
Advocate for residents and communicate with families.
