Job summary

Riverdale Post Acute is hiring part-time and PRN LPNs to join our nursing team in a skilled nursing facility. The roles include shifts such as 6am-6pm on Sundays and Mondays, and PRN coverage for 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Successful candidates hold an active LPN license, CPR certification, and can pass a background check. LTC/SNF experience is a plus and the rate range is $30–$40 per hour. Riverdale Post Acute is an equal opportunity employer committed to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN.
• CPR certification is required or preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and CAPS background check (Colorado).
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• May supervise nurse assistants, administer medications, and perform treatments.

• PRN 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
