Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes, delivering compassionate, individualized support on a schedule that includes day, evening, and overnight shifts.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, document care, and work with the healthcare team; active LPN license and current BLS are required; Maxim offers weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Active LPN license
