Job summary

North Lake Care Center is seeking a Part-Time LPN for the Day Shift to provide skilled nursing care and support the care team in delivering personalized resident care.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and help implement individualized care plans while maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications and vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.
