Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs under the direction of the RN and Director of Nursing Services. The role emphasizes compassionate, quality care in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Applicants should hold an active LPN license, be at least 18, and communicate effectively in English. Prior nursing experience and knowledge of long-term care regulations are desirable.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

• Experience in a nursing capacity desirable.

General Purpose

To provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of Certified Nursing Assistants in accordance with federal, state and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the RN, Director of Nursing Services and Administration, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

Qualifications
