Qualifications

• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
• Experience in resident care or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Nurses administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company procedures.
• LPN/LVN license required per state regulations.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
