Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to participate in patient care under supervision, in a setting focused on neurological care. The position offers a 40-hour work week, day shifts, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
• IV therapy knowledge may be required in North Dakota: curriculum include IV therapy or approved course.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment options.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
• Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
