Job summary

Forest Manor Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. We offer full-time 11PM-7AM, part-time, and per diem roles across shifts.

The LPN will provide clinical care, administer medications, and document treatments in accordance with regulations and care plans. A supportive, clean 120-bed facility with a friendly work environment awaits. Bonus opportunities include $5,000 for full-time and $2,500 for part-time/per diem.

Qualifications

• Must be a NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Good communication and organizational skills required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan. This position also requires employee to administer medication and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and documentation.
