Requirements include 2 years outpatient clinic experience, CA LVN, BLS with AHA/ARC, IV and blood certification, and Epic experience. Weekend off, floating as needed, no on-call, active license at submission.

• Experience: 2 years of outpatient clinic experience.
• CA LVN
• Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood certified
• Flu Vaccine: Required (no declinations/no exemptions)
• Special Requirements: Epic experience required
