Job summary

SabalCare, LLC is hiring for Night Shift Pediatric Private Duty Nurses (LPN or RN) to care for a medically fragile child near the Disney area. Shifts are 12 hours, 7 PM–7 AM, with full-time and part-time options, in-home and one-on-one care.

Must have Florida LPN or RN license, CPR, and TB test within 12 months, plus reliable transportation. Pediatric experience is a plus; training is available and you'll work with RN Supervisors and our clinical team.

• TB skin test within the last 12 months.

Location: Near the Disney area (Lake Buena Vista / Celebration / Kissimmee)

Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 7 nights per week (full-time and part-time available)

Start Date: Friday, October 16, 2026

Are you a night owl with a big heart? SabalCare is building a care team for a medically fragile child who lives near the Disney area. This is a one-on-one pediatric private duty case where you'll help a family rest easy knowing their little one is in skilled, loving hands overnight.

We're hiring multiple nurses to cover all 7 nights, so pick the schedule that fits your life, whether that's a few nights a week or full-time.

About the Case

• One-on-one pediatric care in a calm home setting


• 12-hour night shifts, 7 PM – 7 AM


• [Care needs:g-tube, seizure monitoring]


• Consistent assignment with the same child and family

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled overnight pediatric nursing care and monitoring
