IntelliChoice Home Care in Kill Devil Hills, NC is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN for one-on-one in-home care. This role focuses on a single patient at a time with flexible scheduling designed around your availability.

We offer weekly pay, benefits for full-time staff, and strong clinical support with ongoing training. You’ll provide individualized nursing care and partner with families to ensure safe, compassionate care in the patient’s home.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina (or compact state).
• Current in-person CPR certification.
• TB skin test within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in the home setting.
• Work closely with families to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
• Support patients with trach/vent as needed and pursue growth with company training.
