Watson Clinic LLP in Lakeland, FL is hiring for a full-time LPN or Medical Assistant who will provide basic medical care, triage by phone, administer medications, educate patients, and assist physicians in a busy clinical office. The role requires an active Florida LPN license or an MA program/certification with relevant experience and BLS.

The ideal candidate will support patient flow, documentation, and adherence to clinic policies while delivering compassionate, quality care.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing with an active Florida LPN license.
• High school diploma or GED for Medical Assistant track and completion of an accredited MA program or 1 year MA experience; MA certification within 90 days; BLS within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic medical and nursing care and ensure patient comfort.
• Triage patient needs by telephone and document care and status with nurses/providers.
• Administer medications including injections and document as required.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and discharge instructions.
• Recognize emergencies and respond accordingly; maintain accurate medical records.
• Support physician with office procedures and maintain clinic flow.
