Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse to support resident care and well-being. The role involves providing compassionate care and following physician treatment plans to promote safety and comfort for residents.

You'll administer medications, document responses, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the medicine supply area, while complying with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
• Ability to monitor resident care per physician treatment plans and document responses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
