Job summary

Brookdale Springfield is seeking compassionate licensed practical nurses (LPN) or licensed vocational nurses (LVN) to join our resident-centered team. You will monitor residents, document responses, administer medications, and support daily care in a warm, home‑like setting.

You’ll work under physician plans, adhere to safety protocols, and collaborate with a caring care team. Brookdale offers comprehensive benefits, training, and a path to growth in a nationwide senior living network.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical or vocational nurse license required by state.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Ability to document care plans accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
• Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
• LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
