Family First Healthcare Services in Florida seeks compassionate Home Health Care caregivers. You will deliver skilled care in clients' homes, educate families, and support independent living for patients. The role involves travel to various home settings and adherence to care plans.
Strong English communication and a valid Florida LPN license are required, with CPR certification. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available.

You will help provide comprehensive skilled care and treatment that allows patients to remain in their own homes and live independently. In addition to providing essential care, you will work with patients and their families to educate them and ensure the well‑being of the patient.
Contact with clients under a wide variety of circumstances. Care is provided in client’s living environment with varying situations, including private homes, independent or assisted living or in an institution such as a hospital or long‑term care facility. May be required to respond to emergency situations. Travel required. Position includes tasks that have the potential for exposure to blood/body fluids/tissues and other potentially infectious material such as body fluids/tissues.
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Corrected visual and hearing acuity required.
