Augusta Health in Fishersville, VA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the AMG Connections Center. This full-time role provides clinical support to physicians and direct patient care within a busy outpatient clinic.

You will work under the physician's supervision, assist in administering care, and help maintain smooth daily operations. Virginia license and CPR certification are required, and prior physician office experience is preferred.

• Pay or shift range: $22.03 USD to $33.70 USD The pay range reflects the current compensation range for this position at the time of posting. Individual offers are determined based on directly related experience, skills, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Not all candidates will qualify for the upper end of the posted range.

Description

Position provides clinical support to the physician as needed and will provide direct care to patients. Duties include performing as a member of the team and assisting in the administration and maintenance of an efficiently operated clinic. Accurately performs and documents assigned duties under the direction and supervision of the physician in accordance with the medical model of care as provided by the State Board of Nursing. Initiates implementation of processes and has access to all operational components of the office as required by daily operations. Access to operational components of a practice includes access to physician's office, medical records, medical supplies and locked drug closets and refrigerators.

Requirements

• CPR certified
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Virginia
• Previous physician office experience preferred
