Job summary

StoryPoint seeks a Nurse Supervisor/LPN to lead and mentor the caregiving team at our Gahanna Central location. You will ensure high-quality resident care, supervise daily activities, and coordinate with physicians regarding changes in residents’ conditions.

You will use EHR/EMAR systems, train staff, communicate effectively with residents and families, and help maintain a compassionate, resident-centered environment in our Ohio community.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• Punctuality and professionalism are important.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
• Evaluate residents and report changes in condition to physicians.
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
• Communicate effectively with team, residents and families.
• Build strong relationships with residents and families.
