Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking newly graduated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for its Greenville Skilled Nursing Office to join our Nurse Residency Program. You will start with a focused training plan and earn during the residency while delivering compassionate home-based care.

We offer a structured program with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, hands-on training from day one, advanced simulation labs, and strong clinical support to help you grow in your nursing career.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you and follow doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Document properly and ensure accurate medical records.
• Provide autonomous nursing care in the home setting.

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• CPR in good standing

Graduated pay scale during nurse residency program from $26-28
