Job summary

Grove Park Health & Rehab Center in Asheville, NC is hiring a compassionate LPN to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer treatments, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure safe, person-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work.
Must possess a current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in a SNF setting.
Adhere to health, sanitary and infection control policies and comply with governing standards and facility procedures.
