Earn between $28.00 - $35.75 based on experience and shift, with an additional .75 cent shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting required information from new Residents
• Recording health details, including vitals & temperature
• Administering medications and injections
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising CNAs (if required)
• Assisting Residents with personal hygiene and dressing
• Monitoring food and liquid intake/output

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license (any state)
• In good standing with State Registry
• Ability to work as part of a team
