Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. The day shift rotation includes every other weekend, with 12-hour shifts and a steady schedule designed for patient-centered care.

You will provide direct nursing care in a secure correctional healthcare setting, administer medications, assess patients, and document findings while collaborating with the care team to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• LPN license required (state of WI)
• Experience in correctional or secure settings preferred
