Job summary

Leominster Public Schools is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide direct care to students at Northwest Elementary School in Leominster, Massachusetts.

Starting Date: Immediately. Responsibilities include evaluating student health, documenting visits, administering medications per MD orders, and participating in health screenings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Massachusetts Nursing License.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.

• Administer medications and treatments to students as per MD orders, DPH guidelines and school policy.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities if asked.

Education
