OptumCare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking nurses to oversee and participate in direct patient care in clinics and in-home settings.

Positions require RN or LPN licensure, with hours that may be full-time and compensation that reflects local labor markets. The program includes a comprehensive benefits package and equity/401(k) options where eligible.

Positions in this function require various nurse licensure and certification based on role and grade level. Licensure includes RN or LPN/LVN, depending on grade level, with current unrestricted licensure in applicable state. Positions this function include RN and LPN/LVN roles responsible for overseeing and participating in day to day clinical care of patients. Employees are involved in direct patient care (in a clinic, in-home care, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Current unrestricted LPN licensure in applicable state

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
