Job summary
Shawn Manor Nursing Home in Ponca City, Oklahoma is seeking a dependable night shift LPN to join our 5-star team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license and active licensure.
- Strong communication with residents, families and team.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
