Job summary

Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove in Wilmington, NC, seeks compassionate nurses (RN or LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team delivering comfort, dignity, and exceptional care to residents.

We offer up to 50,000 for student loans through the Nurses for Nursing Homes program, plus a comprehensive benefits package, Daily and Weekly Pay options, generous PTO, 401K, tuition opportunities, and strong leadership. Shifts are 7pm–7am; FT/PT positions available.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in NC.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a SNF setting.
