Job summary

Belmont Village Geneva Road is hiring a licensed LVN or LPN to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. In this role you will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, and help ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate care to residents.

You will lead Caregivers and Medication Technicians, communicate with healthcare providers and families, and participate in quality monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or LPN license in the state where the community is located.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• One year of medication administration experience preferred.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on physicians orders and coordinate services with providers and families.
• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and document observations.
• Oversee Medication Technicians and Caregivers to ensure care plans are followed.
• Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflicts constructively.
• Update and review resident medical records and incident reports.
